- claude code installed. [PLANS: not on claude code's mcp page]
- a searchtok plan. you pick one when you sign in.

in your terminal, run:

sign in
then run this. your browser opens: sign in and press allow.

- claude: command not found
- claude code isn't installed, or isn't on your path. install it, open a new terminal, then run step 1 again.
- the browser didn't open
- copy the link the terminal prints and open it yourself.
- searchtok needs a plan
- pick a plan at searchtok.app/app/billing, then ask again.
- claude code doesn't use searchtok
- run /mcp inside claude to check searchtok is connected. saying "use searchtok" helps too.
- i'd rather use a key
- make a key on this page, then add it to step 1: --header "Authorization: Bearer st_live_...". skip step 2.
